Reliance Foundation and Gates Foundation have opened Round 2 of the SheConnects Digital Accelerator. Indian not-for-profits can apply for equity-free grants of Rs 85 lakhs to Rs 4.2 crores to scale women's digital inclusion, with applications closing September 4.
